Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
ClickCasa is operated by ClickCasa Ltd (also shown as "ClickCasaLtd" on our billing and payment systems), a company registered in England and Wales. We sell digital subscriptions and credits that are delivered electronically and used to generate property reports and run Scout watches. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund. It sits alongside your statutory rights as a consumer, which it does not limit or replace.
Our payment processor
Payments for ClickCasa are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for our subscriptions. This means your order and receipt are handled by Paddle, and refunds are issued through Paddle. You can request a refund either by contacting us directly or through the Paddle buyer portal linked from your purchase receipt.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a ClickCasa subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, provided you have made only minimal use of the service. "Minimal use" means you have not consumed a significant share of your monthly credit allocation. This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription — both monthly and annual plans — and is intended to let you try ClickCasa risk-free.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal charges (the monthly or annual payments after your initial purchase) are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.
Credits
Credits are consumed the moment a report is generated or a Scout check runs, and that output is delivered to you immediately. For this reason, credits that have already been spent are non-refundable. Unused credits remaining on a cancelled or refunded subscription have no separate cash value.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@clickcasa.co from the address on your account, or use the refund link in your Paddle receipt. Tell us your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under applicable consumer law. Under UK and EU rules you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases; note that the right to cancel digital content can end once you begin accessing it with your consent. If you believe a charge was made in error or you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will put it right.
