Use of the service
ClickCasa is a beta product. You may use it for personal research to evaluate rental listings. You may not use it to scrape data, build competing products, resell reports, or access the service through automated means without our written permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Accuracy & limitations
Our scores and reports are generated from publicly available listing data and third-party sources including OpenStreetMap. They are informational only and do not constitute professional advice — financial, legal, or otherwise. Always verify details directly with the listing host and conduct your own due diligence before making any rental decision.
Intellectual property
The ClickCasa platform, its design, scoring models, and generated reports are our intellectual property. You may use reports for your own personal reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or publish report content without permission.
Account & termination
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in behaviour harmful to other users. You can delete your account at any time from Settings — doing so removes your data from our systems within 14 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or via an in-app notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of ClickCasa after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
