Copy the URL directly from a Fincaraiz or MetroCuadrado listing page and paste it into the Analyze page. Your report is generated in under 60 seconds.

Every report covers: a safety score (day and night), value vs. comparable rentals, internet quality estimate, scam risk signals, a neighbourhood daily life score, and a lease term summary. Premium members also get an AI Verdict — a plain-English summary of whether the listing is worth pursuing — plus an AI-generated WhatsApp message draft to send to the landlord.

Scores are based on publicly available data including OpenStreetMap, neighbourhood records, and our own comparables database. Where data is limited we show a lower confidence indicator alongside the score. Treat scores as a starting point for your research, not a substitute for it — always verify key details directly with the landlord before committing.

The AI Verdict is a concise, plain-English analysis generated by Claude AI. It covers whether the listing is worth pursuing, how suitable it is for remote workers and digital nomads, and a frank assessment of the price vs. the local market. It's available on the Premium plan.

On the Premium plan, each report includes a ready-to-send Spanish message you can copy and send directly to the landlord. It asks the right questions (availability, minimum stay, included utilities, wifi speed) in a format that reads naturally to a local agent. An English translation is shown alongside it so you know exactly what you're sending.

Yes. Every saved report has a public, read-only share link. Anyone with the link can view the report without signing in. You'll find the share button at the top of any report page.

Each report costs 5 credits. Sign up with Google or Apple and you receive 20 free credits on signup — enough for 4 reports, with no expiry. Premium members receive 200 credits per month. Not signed in? You can run up to 2 reports per day for free.

Scout watches a listing on your behalf and alerts you when something changes — a price drop, a price rise, the listing being taken down, or it being relisted after disappearing. It checks every 6 hours.

Scout is available on the Premium plan. Watching a listing costs 1 credit per day, so your monthly credit allowance determines how many listings you can track at once.

Premium users are alerted for any change — price drops, price rises, taken down, and relisted. Alerts are sent to the email address on your account.

Yes — open the Scout page, find the listing, and click the watch button to stop tracking it. You can also remove it from the listing's own report page.

Yes — every analysis is stored in our database regardless of whether you're signed in. We use this data to improve our scoring models and comparables. If you're signed in, the report is linked to your account and accessible from your reports page. If you're not signed in, the report is stored but not linked to any identity and can't be retrieved once you leave the page.
