About
Finding a rental in a new city is stressful. Doing it in a foreign country, in a second language, from the other side of the world — with scammers, inflated prices, and no way to verify a listing is real — is something else entirely. ClickCasa was built to fix that.
What we do
ClickCasa analyses rental listings from major Latin American property portals. Paste a URL and within minutes you get a structured report covering four dimensions that matter most when renting abroad.
How the AI works
ClickCasa uses a combination of large language models — including Claude by Anthropic and GPT-4 — to extract structured data from listing text, cross-reference it against neighbourhood datasets, and generate scored verdicts with cited reasoning. We don't hide the AI or pretend the output is infallible.
Every report shows you the sources behind each score. If we couldn't find reliable data for a dimension, we say so rather than fabricating a number. Our goal is to give you a faster, better-informed starting point — not to replace your own judgement.
Data sources
We don't resell or share your listing queries. Reports are used in aggregate, anonymised form to improve scoring accuracy. Read our privacy policy for full details.
Who built this
ClickCasa is an independent product built in the UK, focused entirely on making the Latin American rental market more navigable for people moving there from abroad. We're not a real estate agency and we don't earn referral fees from landlords. Our only incentive is to give you accurate, unbiased information.
We started with Medellín because it's one of the most popular cities for expats in the region and one of the most active scam markets for foreign renters. Bogotá, Cartagena, Cali, Mexico City, and Buenos Aires are on the roadmap.
